Who We Are
Chloe Jiechun Lei
Founding Principal
Chloe helps leaders clarify how their organization works and decide what to change. She leads all of the firm's analytical and advisory work — originating and scoping engagements, designing and conducting the underlying research, developing recommendations, and presenting findings to client leadership.
Before founding Base Note, Chloe held leadership roles in real estate project development, where she led development projects worth more than $50 million in total and built deep experience in project management and operations.
Chloe holds a MBA with a concentration in Management Science from the Yale School of Management, and a bachelor's degree in urban planning from the University of California, Berkeley. Chloe is based in New Haven, Connecticut.
